The accommodation is located in a quiet terraced housing area on the outskirts of La Caletta, approximately 900–1,000 meters from the beach—perfect for relaxed holiday days close to the sea.
The house is divided into three residential units; you occupy the top two floors. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and two balconies. On the top floor you will find the spacious living area with a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a large terrace, and a second bathroom—ideal for cozy evenings and sunny hours outdoors.
