Private Ferienhäuser in Sint Maarten

„It’s a beautiful place with incredible views but difficult to find. Once you are there there is little close by and transportation is absolutely required to get to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved our stay but couldn’t have done it without a rental car. “

„World class villa and great location. The pictures and descriptions can only show a little of how beautiful and outstanding the villa is. The views from the deck and pool are incredible. Villa is extremely well appointed with any needs being met. Location is private, safe, and relaxing. Agnes and Danielle are great to deal with and Danielle is a big help while staying on island if you need her. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back the island. “

„La maison est parfaitement située à Saint-Martin, en bord de mer et à quelques pas seulement de la mer, les pieds dans le sable. Endroit paisible et très ressourçant. La maison est chaleureuse, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Yves et Marie-Laure ont été des hôtes disponibles et attentionnés. “

„My family & I loved our time at Novels Villa. It was right on the beach and had beautiful views. The sunrises & sunsets were picture perfect, gorgeous. The location was very convenient-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores & bars. The house was fabulous-very clean with lots of towels (bath, hand & wash cloths). It had all the appliances we needed plus a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom showers were modern with great water pressure. Our local host quickly responded to ...

„Had a great time at this house. View was amazing. “

„Great house for families! We had 14 kids, teenagers, adults and elderly. Great sunsets, solid snorkeling off the beach, easy half mile walk to D's restaurant on Simpson Bay Beach or half mile the other way to Maho Beach and Sunset grill. Decks are amazing! Only caveat is the beach access has a low (4 ft.) tunnel, which could give people troubles, but no one had an issue for us. No oven, we grilled most nights, and had great fish from markets. Great stay, we'd come back!“

„Very clean and everything was in great condition“

„Our group left this stay feeling disappointed. While the villa itself is beautiful, our overall experience was overshadowed by several issues and the way we were treated after checkout.During our stay, we experienced poor water pressure, cold water, and ants in the bathrooms. We chose not to make an issue of these inconveniences because we wanted to enjoy our vacation. Before leaving, we followed the checkout instructions we were given by placing the bathroom towels on the bathroom floors, ...

„My family and I had a pleasant stay at the condo. We were greeted by a warm, pleasant property manager... Having two and a half bathroom in the condo qas nice for my family of 7. However, one of the bathrooms needed more attention regarding its cleanliness.“

„Home is beautifully prepared for guests. Judith is skilled with practical esthetics making for a peaceful stay with everything you need artfully arranged. It’s a wonderful vibe to base a vacation from. She was very helpful with our daily plans, including local directions and travel times to arrive on time for early morning outings. Nice snacks provided on arrival and kitchen has everything you need. We had some technical challenges during our stay but Judith did everything she could about them, ...

„Beautiful property and view. Communication with owner and villa staff incredible. Any and all questions and needs answered expeditiously and to compete satisfaction. “

„Absolutely amazing property. Then host was always quick to answer and helped us many times with suggestions and advice regarding island activities. I would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to gather a large group.“

„Private location, no large crowds . Nice and quite“

„We had enormous issues with this property. Just after arriving I needed to sweep the floor. According to photos showing an nespresso machine, there was none. Also the microwave didn't work. We called the manager and he responded with a new microwave and a new Nespresso machine. A good sign - so we thought. Things got worse. We found our bed linens of poor quality & miss-matched. We ended up buying some new sheets. Our pillows also were very poor quality. On day 3 of our month long stay, the roof ...

„Tout était parfait, encore mieux que sur les photos. Très tranquille, la vue est magnifique. Notre hôte Marie était parfaite, elle nous a tenu informé de tout avec Whats App.La localisation est idéale avec une location d'auto. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. De l'autre côté de la rue, il y a une boulangerie (délicieux croissants), essence et une petite épicerie. Nous reviendrons sûrement. “

„Wonderful location. Bed had good mattress and very comfortable. A/C worked great. Short walk to restaurants. “
