« Merci pour votre accueil, pour ceux qui souhaite séjourner dans la BO française, le lieux est idyllique, effectivement à proximité de la plage et des commerce. Une maison fonctionnelle avec toute les commodité, merci aussi a philippe pour son accueil et sa réactivité , quelques boissons au frigo des notre arrivée, petite intention sympathique. Dans l’ensemble propre, si nous revenons, ce seras probablement au meme endroit. »

« I had been really looking forward to a Caribbean escape for months and this was just what the doctor ordered. Villa Movina was fantastic, well located, and extremely comfortable for our entire group. We spent a ton of time on the compound enjoying the nice kitchen, amazing pool that overlooks the ocean, eating at some of the spots close by (we liked BZH Creperie), and exploring the island. « We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s a perfect set up for a couples, friends, or family vacation with four spacious rooms—— each with its own bedroom and shower. We loved the seating area on the deck and the nice pool. In addition, it’s a short five minute walk to Orient Village and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« Do NOT believe the listing. The person listing this 5 bedroom beachfront villa stole photos from another owner and owns a one week time share at a 3 Bedroom villa NOT on the water. He accepted my online booking for dates he did not even own and then told me for a “deal” I could rent it for another week (which he had no access to nor does he own the next week as a time share) and I would be all set. Flights were booked and 7 of us arrived to not a beach front villa and he charged me for 6 Nights...

« We had a wonderful vacation staying at Casa Victoire last week. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have ever needed. Very well thought out! The pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of Pinel Island and the indoor / outdoor living area was spectacular. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. House is located in between Orient Beach and Grand Case- really couldn’t ask for a better location or property! Lastly, Maly was fantastic...

« I booked the Villa for myself and 11 close friends to help me celebrate my 60th birthday. Ginny (the owner) was so helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly, gave us so many ideas and things to do. She really went out of her way to make this wonderful. In addition, Ursula (Villa staff) was an absolute gem. She helped us navigate all the amenities, as well as show us trails and give so much support. She also prepared a huge birthday dinner that rivaled any restaurant......all I can say...

« We really enjoyed our stay. The villa had plenty of space for our family of 4 (kids 13 and 10) to spread out. The patio/pool area was a highlight, our kids enjoyed the pool.We liked the location a lot. Quiet neighborhood. Traffic can be a bit of a challenge on the island in general, but this location was pretty well located for everything by car. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This villa is outstanding! Great views, marvelous sunsets, lush vegetation, very comfortable, very clean. We really enjoyed the umbrella and beach chairs. We enjoyed staying in a quiet area. We enjoyed having a very nice beach and good restaurant by the sea 5 minutes from the villa. Because St-Marteen is small, it's a short drive to go everywhere. Don't hesitate and reserve this villa! Hope we will be back someday! »
