Inside, the warm wood tones create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The interior spaces feature fully a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, stylish furnishings, and an open-concept living and dining area—ideal for meals, conversation, and family time.

The home accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Unique touches like our barrel sauna, as well as laundry, speedy Wi-Fi ensure convenience throughout your stay.

Split Rock Retreat is more than just a getaway—it’s a space to relax, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories with friends and family.

The entire Skaneateles Hideaway is yours (and only yours) to explore and enjoy during your stay. This includes all indoor spaces—living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and the updated FTLOU interiors—as well as outdoor amenities like the deck, fire pit and barrel sauna.

Pool open starting on May 15th *********** barring inclement weather***********. You also have access to the barn/outbuilding, chicken & duck coop, and the full 10-acre property for outdoor enjoyment.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, VRBO will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis.

OUTDOOR SHOWER
The outdoor shower will be winterized From November through March. Sauna are available year round.

This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable) in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
