Welcome to Bramble Cottage, our accessible, single-level lakeside retreat near Burgh Le Marsh, a short drive from Skegness and Ingoldmells. Two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a private garden leading to our tranquil fishing lake, private parking, and dogs welcome. A relaxing countryside base all year round.

Private parking is available on-site 🅿️ for 2 cars, directly at Bramble Cottage with a clearly marked allocated space.



The cottage is easy to reach from the A158. As you head east on Station Road, turn right onto Bratoft Lane and follow the lane — Bramble Cottage will be located on the left-hand side.



🚖 Taxis are available locally for easy travel to Skegness, Ingoldmells, and surrounding areas.



🚆 The nearest main rail links are at Skegness Station, providing connections to larger towns and cities.



🚗 By car, Skegness is around a 10–15 minute drive, with Ingoldmells and nearby coastal attractions also within easy reach.

The cottage is all on one level 🏡, making it easy and comfortable to move around throughout your stay.



🚗 The parking area is well-lit for convenience and safety at night, however please note it is a gravel surface and may be uneven in places.



🎣 The property is set within grounds that include a private fishing lake. While this offers a peaceful and scenic setting, please take care around the water’s edge at all times. Children must be supervised near the lake, and guests use the area at their own risk.
