« I liked the view from the deck looking over the lake. People still have to pickup after the dogs as there are kids around. The beds were comfortable, but the internet cut in and out if you were in the cabin. Over all very nice place to stay. »

« Great area to take the kids. There was a lot of Waters sports that the kids used such as kayaks. Water, trampolines, etc.. There is a volleyball net, but you would need to bring your own Volleyball. Sand on the beach is super nice right for kids building Sandcastles »

« We had a lot of fun staying here. It was easy to get out with nature as there are places to hike all around and taking the kayaks out was very easy. »

« Great part of river to be on, all of us enjoyed canoeing up and down both ways on the river from the cottage, fantastic scenery and swimming off the dock turned out better than I though with being on a river with how calm it is, great location »

« The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside...

« Beautiful property nestled in the woods. Clean and updated cabin. Close to Huntsville and grocery store. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. »

« The place was spotless and the location was great. Unfortunately, the mattresses for the bunk beds were thin so my daughter didn’t sleep very well. There were a few other small things that could be improved such as replacing the toaster with one that works and fixing the toilet paper holder in the bathroom.But the host was responsive when I messaged that the door entry code didn’t come through. »

« My family and I all enjoyed staying at this property. The cottage is exactly as described in the listing. It was immaculate when we arrived and we were very pleased with how well stocked everything was. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Beds were comfy, and you couldn’t beat the views from all of the windows. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely return. »

« We spent 6 nights in this beautiful cabin, working during the day thanks to a Starlink connection and exploring nearby trails in the evening. The outdoor spa was our favourite amenity, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the well appointed kitchen, and comfortable space. We will be back! »
