« Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. »

« We had a great time staying here for my son’s bday. Having the patio with pool deck access was perfect so the kids could just fall out the back door and into the lake if they wanted. Makes the living space feel much larger.
