« The property was clean, well supplied and maintained. The real problem was that there was no elevator or valet and luggage had to be carried 3-4 flights of stairs. This was noted in the reservation, but much worse for us older people than noted. We will not stay here again until there is either an elevator or valet. « Kitchen dirty. Two kitchen outlets were dead. No hot water in 2 bathroom sinks. Make up mirror was broken. Toaster was broken. The connecting room door was wide open and we didn’t rent that side. No air conditioning no longer works with climate change. Our room was 79 degrees at midnight. It was hard to sleep. Also I70 was noisy all night. Only one elevator was working for entire building. Staff was nice. »
