« Please read the listing carefully and look at the pictures. It is a 4 apt complex 2 up/ 2 down. This is a down apt. The walls are very thin. If you, kids, dog, or aunt Bertha are disturbed by noise, then this is not the place for you. Example: our last night a couple rented the apt above us. They arrived at 930pm and we could hear them going up and down stairs, moving kitchen chairs, walking above us till 1 am. They were not being overly loud or obnoxious, it is just how thin the ceiling in...
