« Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. The only drawback was it was quite stuffy in the room and leaving the window open meant early morning noise from the business below. « Appartement bien situé pour visiter le Grossglockner en téléphérique. Belle piscine intérieure et extérieure avec solarium. Dans l’appartement le sofa convertible n’est pas du tout confortable pour dormir. L’accès au balcon n’est pas pratique avec la porte qui est bloquée par le lit. Accueil correct à la réception mais manque d’information sur la localisation de l’appartement et du parking dédié. »

« We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio! »

« Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo albergo. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, purtroppo non c'era la doccia ma solo una vasca, ma per il resto la struttura é eccellente: centro benessere un po' freddo per stare fermi a rilassarsi ma nel complesso ottime le condizioni di sauna bagno turco e piscina. « Hotel storico, a gestione familiare, appena fuori San Candido, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Circondato da boschi e percorsi, anche ciclabili, vanta camere belle e spaziose e ambienti comuni accoglienti e ben arredati. Ricca e varia la colazione e possibilità di mezza pensione. Disponibile, senza costi aggiunti, una piscina coperta e un centro benessere ben attrezzato. »

« Quelle nuit horrible : payer près de 170€ pour une literie aussi inconfortable est simplement inadmissible !! Le check-in a été catastrophique. Notre réservation n'a pas été trouvé. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de la piscine, après une rude journée de randonnée nous ne pensions qu'à nous détendre dans la piscine : celle ci est sur réservation à cause du covid. La pulizia quasi maniacale ed il rispetto delle norme Covid19 sono di ottimizzate al massimo. La CUCINA è da ristorante ***** (5 stelle) governata dalla proprietaria con piatti sempre diversi e di grande qualità bio. Passando in Via Pusteria vale la pena fermarsi per una colazione o cena. Non si rimane delusi. »
