  • Hadley's Hideaway is a charming cottage that can sleep up to 6 guests in the quaint town of Skykomish, just 15 minutes to Stevens Pass and moments from hikes, rafting, rock climbing and other adventures. Bring your bicycles and explore the Old Cascade Highway or take a stroll down the block for a pint at the saloon. You can relax in the spa, get cozy by the fire pit or enjoy a game of corn hole while the pets check out the fully fenced yard. Bring the family or a few friends to enjoy some small-town charm and Pacific Northwest Adventure!

    This property is in the railroad town of Skykomish and the train blows the whistle as it runs through town. The track runs through the middle of town. Read honest guest feedback in our reviews. This cottage is so cute. Was well stocked and fit our family’s needs. Great location to hiking trails, Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth. Loved the hot tub, fenced backyard for our dog and comfy beds. Skykomoish is a cute little town. Walking to the coffee shop in the morning was lovely. We absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Property was exactly as advertised and the check in process was seamless. Some great nearby trails and also the hot tub and fire pit in the back yard are a huge plus. Definitely would stay there again!

Mid May break.

Hadley's Hideaway is a great cozy cabin, we wanted somewhere that was easy to get too off Highway 2, had a secure yard for our dogs, walks and trails where close by and was comfortable. Extra bonuses was the hot-tub, exploring Skykomish and visiting the Whistle Stop. We had a great time and definitely would like to stay again. Also a big thank you too the property Management team, awesome communication both prior and during our stay.

Cozy place to stay for a long weekend skiing Steven's Pass

This cozy cabin, located a quick walk to the Skykomish town center, comfortably slept 6 of us. The hot tub was great and the foosball table was a fun touch. No complaints, we really enjoyed our stay here!

We had the best time at Hadley's! We skied at Steven's Pass and then enjoyed the hot tub and cozy cabin! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable and cozy!

Skykomish Delight

We had a fabulous time in this quaint and historic town! Property was perfect for our family and two dogs. Loved the hot tub after a long hike up to Lake Serene! Would return, for sure.

A cabin in the woods

We had everything except shampoo and body wash but we didn’t let it ruin our time in Hadleys Hideaway. The lace is super cute and it seemed like my own.

Great little place especially for dog owners. Place was clean with everything one would need to really enjoy themselves. Hot tub was nice and worked properly. Have rented places in the past that the hot tub didnt work or work properly. REMEMBER. A inoperable hot tub is NOT. a valid reason for a refund even though the hot tub is almost always a primary reason for chosiing a certain property. I believe this is a standard VRBO policy. This particular property was great as was the property management.

A great place to getaway!

Skykomish is such a quiet, peaceful and beautiful town! The cabin is within walking distance from a deli (with great ice cream and sandwiches), a coffee shop (with a wonderful barista), river access, an interpretive trail near a beautiful creek. The cabin has all that we could ask for. A hot tub, wood already in the fire pit (perfect for making s’mores), TV with Netflix, board games and a football table. I highly recommend this cabin.

Just wanted to say that we loved our stay there! It is cozy, well laid out and equipped. The holiday decorations were such a lovely bonus too. We were there during all of the snow and we enjoyed the wood burning stove and backyard fire pit. The neighborhood was quaint and well plowed. Give directions to Skykomish post office and gps gets you there. Truly a lovely property and we highly recommend. 5 stars!

Good location!

We enjoy the location this place offer us, as a gateway towards boarder national forest in the area. Unfortunately, we experience some odor in the pillows and the shower, as well as one of our kid had an allergic reaction after hanging out in the outdoor hammock. A very cute property and can be made much better with proper cleaning!

Great stay in Skykomish

We had work done on our house in Seattle and opted to stay that week in Skykomish. It was a hot week (!) and so we didn't make use of either the hot tub or the fire pit at the cabin, which were original selling points in choosing this spot. We did enjoy our stay, with daily hikes and nice evening dog strolls through town and to the nearby creek. Cabin was just as pictured/described and our questions were immediately answered. A good week was had by all!

Cute and Cozy without feeling Small

I took a needed solo weekend and stayed at this property in Skykomish. The house is small, but does not feel cramped in any way. It was comfortable and peaceful, and just what I needed! The communication with the property managers was really easy and the process for checking in or out were quick and simple. I did have trouble getting in with the code when I first arrived, because I did not read the instructions fully.....so my advice is to read the email and not skip any parts :-) This property is definitely on my return-to list!

Cozy cabin near the slopes

Great location, 15- 20 mins to stevens pass ski area. Dogs loved the fenced in yard. Property had everything we needed except there were only 2 spoons. On the first day i got a message asking how our first night was. I said it's great, but we could use a few more spoons, as.our soup and oatmeal plan is failing. They had someone drop off spoons to us within the hour! Overall a great property. I just recommended bringing slippers because the bathroom downstairs is freezing unless you leave the door open all the time, which we figured out on the second day. I would stay here again.There are also some great places to eat in that small town.

Nice for younger crowd

Nice stay but the reality from my perspective is that it was not clean. Mattress protector has urines stains and needs to be thrown away. Two towels and two wash cloths were provided for two women for 4 days ?!? The lines and towels were of poor quality. Maybe this place is meant for more of the " i don't care crowd". The train runs three times during the night blowing its horn...omg. Ha Could not get use to that. Worth mentioning...Kitchen was darling & we enjoyed.
