Please note the stairs are quite steep!

The house is on a row of terraces which is quiet and friendly opposite Tesco’s. 5 minutes walk into the town centre and 10 minutes walk to the train station.

It has been generously modernised and purposefully fitted throughout for one or 2 couples or families, the perfect base to explore Lincolnshire.

The house features an open kitchen dining area fully equipped with everything you need for 5 people including a 6 seater oak table.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofa’s, electric fire and 43 inch smart television.
On the first floor the master bedroom with ensuite has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedroom chairs and television.

At the front of the house there is room for 2 cars, one on the drive and 1 on the roadside in front of the drive. At the rear of the property there is a seating area and lawn. Please note the lawn area is not fenced off from the neighbours garden.
