« This is a long overdue review. We booked this as a goof, thinking it would be some wacky disaster that might lead to a good story. Instead, we were blown away by how awesome it is. The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. « Trails Head cabin was the perfect spot for a quick get a way . Cozy and comfortable, it met our every expectation. Unfortunately , the weather didn't allow us to take advantage of the hiking trails within easy walking distance from the cabin. « My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. « If you're looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains with a spectacular view, this is it. Our family of five plus our dog stayed here for a week in late April and we had a fabulous time bonding. We made use of the fire pit, the deck overlooking the river, the hot tub, and I used the writer's shed to write and do a little work. It was a very peaceful setting. « The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate.
