« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« The first room was filthy! I booked 3 days/2 nights with family that included my 2 yr old grandson. Beds had food u der the mattress, stained mattress, scratched furniture and dirty sheets and smell. Front lady offered another room just as bad and spiders and phone was ripped from the socket and mold on sheets. We wanted to leave to find a better hotel and was told I booked thru Expedia so I had to call them. Expedia didn’t want to hear about the horrible conditions especially for a 2 yr old. I...
