„We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean and well kept. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and 2-year-old. Plenty of space for us to relax and beach access was a few minutes walk away. The manager made sure we had everything we needed and I'm sure would have been quick to respond to any issues, though we had none during our 5 nights stay. Highly recommended!“

„You really need to up date atleast couches and kitchen table chairs ... i could not sit on those couches they sunk in not good for older people in thier 50s .. kitchen table chairs where so short even 6 ft people looked like they needed something under them. You need more bigger bowls . You allow up to 10 people but only have like 1 big bowl to hold food . But the house was very nice with a beautiful view. „This was a wonderful house for our large family to stay in while we visited the Brookings area. 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a bonus upstairs family room allowed each person space. The home is still proudly displaying the original decor, but is clean and quaint. Lots of amenities for the guests - high chair, easy access laundry, full pantry of cooking utensils and dishes for 12 or more, large fridge. We will stay again if given the chance!“
