« Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. « absolutely loved the stay. everything about it just was perfect. of course the days we picked it was raining 2 out of the 3 days we were visiting but it made it even more perfect to me. the noise from the rain, the area to sit & not get wet, the view, absolutely nothing bad to say!! »

« We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! « Very clean, lots of home essentials availble for use such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap. The bunk beds in the living room were quite comfortable even for adults! Uncomplicated and easy day of leave requirements. Will definitely consider coming back!!! »
