The kitchen counters were dirty - my wife felt she had to clean them as soon as we arrived. We then went to wash the dishes we would use, but the dishwasher wouldn't catch so we spend about 15 minutes until we finally got it to start. We simply could not get it to start when we left so we called and they responded...
