« False advertisement for free breakfast. No staff other than housekeeping. We got a code to our room in an envelope taped to a front door inside. Luckily my husband noticed it. Noone to ask questions, no answer when I called the after hour number. The room was large, but bedding poor. Sheets kept falling off if when turned over. Clean room, had coffee and mini fridge. Nice bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap. Nice lodge away from things but needed staff to maintain. Had nice walk out...

« 너무 좋있어요.다만 아쉬웠던 점은 거미가 몇 마리 나왔었어요. 화장실에는 샴푸가 채워있지 않았어요. 식기는 대부분 깨끗했지만 칼은 설거지되어있지 않았어요. 이런 사소한 청결부분만 제외하고는 너무 좋있어요! 침구도 깔끔했고 바베큐 하는 공간도 장작이랑 다 제공이 되어서 정말 우리가 먹을 음식만 가져가면 된다는게 큰 이점이였어요. 캠핑 느낌은 내면서 대부분의 것들이 갖추어져 있어서 너무 좋았습니다!!!! 그리고 데이터가 안터져요. 그래서 오히려 좋았어요 :) 다음에 또 올거같아요. »

« This property was amazingly beautiful. Very friendly greeting from the Hostess, very clean and the grounds had several nice areas to sit and relax. It’s about 8 minutes from Dahlonega which is very convenient. If you’re looking for a nice place to unwind and be surrounded by flowers, trees and a beautiful view of the mountains this is it. »

« The Holiday Inn Business Express overall is very good . It was well maintained, clean, nice room. The only thing I would improve is breakfast are cold have healthier options like cereal that is not sugar based (corn flakes instead Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, Bran Flakes, etc) and no sugar yogurt options . »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done.
