« Very friendly staff in a great location. Property is older but very clean and well kept. Very quiet throughout the night and we loved having a balcony, which I believe is included with every room. Nice hot shower and plenty of towels. Beautiful common area with fireplace and games overlooking lake and mountains. »

« The breakfast menu was decent, basic food you would get from the Walmart freezer section. The selection was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we've been to. Cups for coffee are very small. The A/C was not reliable. Warm, then if we turned it down it was freezing. The WiFi was awful. We had to go through the process of 'signing in' every 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were like putting your head on nothing. »

« We stayed here for a night on a trip down south, and we were blown away with how nice the room and property were. The owners were extremely generous and provided us with smores to cook with our kids in the fireplace in the covered porch area. Couldn't recommend this place enough »

« This place was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch, like a top tier restaurant. The host Don was so friendly and went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome. We had a wonderful time at breakfast with the other guests. We definitely plan on returning! I wish we had more than one night. There were beautiful Mountain View’s as well. »

« It's a beautiful place. You will have to drive if you want to explore the area. Just 10-15 minutes you can be in town. But the grounds and accomodations are worth the drive. »

« La chambre n'etair pas propre. Poussiéreux. Literie non confortables. Draps abîmés. Rideau de douche moisi. La piscine annoncée sur l'annonce est belle propre récente. Dans la réalité il faut sortir à l extérieur pour se rendre à la piscine. La piscine est dans un état d insalubrité+++. Moisissures, saletés, odeur immonde. Une honte . Mes enfants attendaient cette piscine avec impatience après énormément d heures de route. Et c était vraiment immonde. Publicité mensongère+++ »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »
