***The pool and hot tub will close Monday September 28, 2026 and will open for the winter Thanksgiving weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

**Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units and on balconies. Please note that many properties also enforce a no smoking on premises policy.**



******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
