This slope-side condo offers comfort and convenience for outdoor enthusiasts! Enjoy mountain views from every room, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; guests can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or sitting area adjacent to the living room. The primary bedroom features a newly remodeled bathroom inclusive of a steam shower. Guests will also enjoy a gas grill located on the outdoor patio.
This condominium sleeps 8 people across three bedrooms.

The Chamonix boasts a European design and luxury amenities, including private ski lockers*, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in/ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round.
*Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village.
Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

Chamonix is a non-smoking facility. Chamonix is not ADA-compliant. However, there is a ramp and elevator available for the guest to access their unit.

Great location disappointing run down feel
Great ski in and ski out location. Have stayed at Chamonix a few times before. Each unit is different. 31 is very run down and dated , as is overall feel for facility sadly. Advertised a master jetted tub- and it was partly dismantled with silicone over jets and no running water at all in the tub. Shower equally dingy and dark and a little smelly. Washer broke while we were there. Service staff friendly and prompt , but frustrating to pay top dollar for ‘luxury accommodations’ that are sadly just not anymore.

Lovely stay and beautiful views
Our two-week stay in Snowmass was wonderful! The windows overlooking the mountain allowed us to take in the new fall season as the leaves began to change. We loved cooking in the renovated kitchen and took advantage of being able to walk out the unit straight onto the mountain for our days of hiking and exploring. There was plenty of space and amenities were in great condition. Look forward to a return visit!

Confortable and Convenient
Although the unit was very comfortable and convenient for skiing in and out of the complex, the unit needs attention. Master bathroom needs simple repairs such as toilet tissue holder and rooms need humidifiers. The glaring issue was that two of the three tv remotes did not have batteries and the covers for the remotes were missing. The dishwasher did not work easily and there were no device manuals to look at to remedy problems. The elevator and underground parking is a nice touch.

Surrounded by Beauty
We came to town for JAS FEST, 2018 - Despite that the check in address was different from the actual address of the condo we were staying in and we drove around for about 30 + minutes to finally get an answer on this - it was something we could roll with even after our already long drive to get there.
The Condo itself was PERFECT - it slept 6 adults. Extremely clean and very well maintained inside and out. Our only wish was to have had; Sugar, Salt & Pepper available to us - those seem like the essentials. Other than that - It was AWESOME!
The Condo's Shuttle service to and from the JAS music festival SO great - after we figured out the details and waited on the phone and called a few times on the first day - after that - it was smooth. To be fair - EVERYONE in the area had the same problem.
Beautiful condo - super comfortable beds - nice bathrooms - awesome living space to just chill and watch gondola's, bikers and hikers go up and down on the MTN. Great Hot Tub area. Condo is within a short walk to catch gondola up the MTN and or to the village to shop and eat. Surrounded by beauty, great food and shopping. WE LOVED it here - We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

So great!!
We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The views were amazing and there were so many fun things to do for the kids so close by. The pool and hot tub were so nice and the gondola is literally right there! We loved everything in the condo except for the middle bathroom could have used some updates. As far as the staff, they were so friendly but I asked for a few things ahead of time and none of them were there so I had to make the guy who checked us in run around finding a pack n play, high chair, extra fans etc.. Also, I didn't really see much housekeeping going on?? But all in all, we loved it.

Great condo!
We enjoyed a wonderful week in this condo during the month of July. Amazing hiking and rafting were the highlights of our trip. They complex is close to the village area with great dining options and events during the summer. One of our best memories was going to the rodeo and BBQ for the evening!
The unit is so comfortable and you feel right at home as it furnished with all the necessary amenities. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the condo will sleep up to eight people comfortably.The unit has three full baths and TV's in every room. With a large kitchen table and plenty of chairs, you will be making memories of a lifetime. Don't miss the beautiful views from the porch complete with a grill. We can't wait to return! A great place for a family vacation any time of year!

Never been to a better property
If I could give 20 stars I would do that, this is a simply wonderful property in a perfect location, puts a entire new meaning on "ski in / ski out", you can literally ski to five lifts right out the back door, heated underground parking, heated driveway, heated and high end ski locker and all of Snowmass is at your beck and call. Large and friendly unit with awesome views, fire place, full kitchen and all the amenities you can imagine. Did I mention the hot tup and heated swimming pool? I'm sure by now I sound like a commercial but this place is truly heaven for the avid skier. When you get tired of the runs on Snowmass you have three other mountains within a quick drive or ski down to the base and take the free bus. Aspen is a 25 minute drive, Buttermilk is closer and is a great beginner hill and to get some local flavor kick over to Highlands. This property is close enough to the base to be convenient for skiing, dining and shopping but just far enough up the mountain that your away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. There's always a way to get to a lift with a short line, if you have kids it is super easy to ski down to ski school, drop them off, hang around until you feel they are good and safe then take off on your ski day. Lunch on the mountain is a breeze, renting, picking up or dropping off equipment can all be done quickly with several different options. Been coming back to this unit for the past ten years every MLK weekend and I don't plan on stopping, grocery, wine and gas stores are less than 1/2 mile away so you can just stay on the mountain and never leave. This unit is super clean and classy, as soon as I walk in the door it takes me to my "mountain place" and I dread the day I have to leave. As you can guess by this review I highly recommend.
