„Great base for Loughborough Uni, lovely village for a walk. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good but started a bit late on the weekend at 9am. We also ate in the pub and both meals and service was excellent. Easy parking.“

„Hotel was dated and felt slightly creepy as we were the only people staying there. We had paid online and breakfast was £12, however when we checked in breakfast was advertised at £7.95, very naughty. Next day we went to breakfast and no one was there. We helped ourselves to coffee and cereal and eventually someone came in to cook breakfast. To be fair it was nice and piping hot as they had to cook from scratch. „This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. “

„The hotel is not exactly new but it is fine for the prices charged. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“

We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. „Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. “
