« We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had a nice layout for 4 adults and 2 kids, with all bedrooms on the second floor and a great room downstairs. We drove to Moonlight State Beach, which was only 7 minutes away. Encinitas has a cute downtown, which was only about 7 minutes away as well. The property was clean and had everything we needed. »

« We really enjoyed our time here! Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you enjoy cooking at home. There are also, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc for a fun day at the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach, or a quick walk to local restaurants and shops. Having a parking spot in the shared driveway was a bonus. Thank you Tracy! »

« Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

« The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place »

« We had a wonderful stay here! Property is exactly as advertised and sparkling clean which we appreciated so much. The patio area is absolutely adorable and was refreshing to sit in the beautiful San Diego weather. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. June was very communicative and gave us our space. The welcome basket with snacks was a big hit with our group! Best price around as well. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. »

« The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough! »
