„I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted.“

It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive. „The condo was great, easy access to the beach. We were there to go to the races at Del Mar, the location worked out great as the track bus was only a block from the condo. The parking was a great plus although we walked almost everywhere with the restaurants right down the street“

„Die Wohnung liegt in einem etwas älteren Resort. Das Appartement ist das Nächste zur Strasse, es ist aber ruhig. Das Resort wird gepflegt, der Zustand der Appartements ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die Wohnung ist im oberen Stock schön, auch das Elternschlafzimmer ist gross und renoviert. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein und nicht renoviert. Die Bäder und die Küche sind ok, aber nicht renoviert.
