« Basic room, no coffee maker in room. Be prepared when checking in to receive their lecture on no smoking, which is standard. What I didn’t expect is me a 56 year old grandma being warned they better not smell Meth or marijuana in the room. Which leads me to believe this hotel has a problem in this area. »

« Overall, the stay was good and everything turned out okay. However, it would have been helpful to be notified ahead of time that the elevator was not working due to ongoing renovations. My daughter recommended this place since she goes to school nearby, and it is a decent option. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, which I appreciated. « We arrived after a big storm and the power was out It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout They found us a room and showed us the way Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting »

« We had to reject the first room because it smelled like barf. The second one is livable for one night. It smells strongly of over-scented cleaning products. »

« Parking and access to rooms was easy, beds were comfortable. Room was large and updated and clean with plenty of towels in great condition. They were doing updating on the main floor so breakfast was not available. There was a bistro and Wendy's in the parking lot so we didn't mind not having breakfast at the hotel this one night stay. Came in contact with 3 staff members and they were all fantastic. »
