« Property was cute and clean. Perfect for the one overnight stay we had. »

« Great space for a family! The outdoor space was so nice. It was early in the outdoor season. The deck, table, and grill needing to be wiped off. Indoor spaces were very clean. Hosts were very helpful! The beds could be more comfortable. The kitchen space and living area are wonderful for spending time with family! »

« The house was clean, new and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Iowa City again. »

« The accommodations were nice, as advertised.Had a little trouble getting the correct code to open the door. »

Will definitely rebook for next summer! »

« With five adults, the space was good. Towels and kitchen furnishings were adequate. Furnishings were comfortable although the downstairs bed and small sofa are rather soft. We experienced small problems with the dish washer, ants, and rainwater leakage. »

Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...
