The Space:

The apartment offers generous living space across two floors.



On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen (Siemens 5-zone induction hob, oven, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, dishwasher), an open-plan living and dining area with LG Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace (glass roof, seating for 6), a ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower, and a double bedroom with air conditioning and dressing table.



Upstairs there are two further bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king-size double bed (2×90 cm), air conditioning, illuminated dressing table and a travel cot available on request; and the spacious master bedroom with a premium boxspring king-size bed, air conditioning and a private walk-in wardrobe. The upper floor bathroom is truly luxurious – featuring a large walk-in rain shower, a bathtub and a double vanity.



Guest Access:

You can check in and out completely independently. Access is via two Nuki smart locks – your personal PIN code will be sent to you before arrival. 4 free parking spaces are available directly on the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Soltau (Lower Saxony), the gateway to the Lüneburg Heath. Within easy reach: Heide Park Resort, Soltau Therme, Designer Outlet Soltau, Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park, and the historic old towns of Celle and Lüneburg.



Getting Around:

The apartment is easily accessible by car. 4 free parking spaces directly on the property. Soltau is situated on the A7 motorway and is well connected.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not allowed. Smoking only on the terrace (including e-cigarettes). Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm.
