« Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly. »

While the staff was polite, there were no personalized touches—like a simple 'congrats grad' note—that elevate a standard stay to something special.
