« Le personnel Ă©tait bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Si vous voulez des dĂ©fis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrĂȘtĂ© de sautĂ© tout au long du sĂ©jour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branchĂ©. J’ai eu du plaisir Ă  trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poĂȘle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir. »

« The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. »

« La casa Ăš ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non Ăš gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. Ci Ăš piaciuto molto lo staff Ăš cordiale il ristorante Ăš molto buona e le piscine sono molto pulite e piacevoli. »
