The unit was immaculate. The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks. Located within easy walking distance of Manuka restaurant and boutique shopping areas . 15 minutes including parking to Canberra Hospitals and 10 minutes to Civic .Quiet a d private. ...

« Overall, the property was really good. A couple of observations: I was taken aback to discover used towels in one of the two bathrooms. "Breakfast items" were listed in the description - these turned out to be four boxes of UHT milk and a couple of teabags and instant coffee sachets! »

« The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...

« We had a very comfortable couple of nights and the location, close to coffee shops and restaurants was ideal. The lack of a smart TV or even instructions how to work the TV was frustrating but overall it was a great stay. »

« A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....
