„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„The friendliness of the staff and the service level were amazing, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. I had to change plans and reduce my stay by a night, and as a courtesy the hotel charged nothing for the cancelled night although I could just inform them when I had already checked in, so during my stay. Great experience!“

"Great room size for four people, the bathroom had a good size too and everything worked well. There were teo fridges in the room, one for the minibar and one for self-use, which was practical. Room service was quick, efficient and good. The only thing not up to standard was the gym. The equipment in the weight room was old. The pool is spectacular, because it is preserved from the past, but also there it needed bits of refurbishment. Great hotel for family stays, with a Starbucks on the ground floor and right in the center of the city."
