Keys Boating Escape is nestled in the Tahoe Keys community of South Lake Tahoe, where lake activities, mountain trails, and alpine adventures are available throughout the year. In warmer months, enjoy boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or time on the sandy beaches. When winter arrives, head to nearby ski resorts for snow sports. Local shops, restaurants, and scenic outdoor destinations offer more ways to explore the South Shore during your stay.



The Space:

Inside, the kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal, with a countertop stove and essential appliances close at hand. Counter stools provide extra seating, while the dining table seats 4 and offers a spot to enjoy meals together, with views of the Sierra mountain peaks through the dining room window. Just beyond, the living room invites you to settle in on the plush sofas, watch something on the smart TV, or enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace on cooler evenings, all while taking in views of Mt. Tallac. Glass doors open onto the patio, where you can fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor meal or step outside for some fresh air between outings.



This 1-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.



The bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and provided in the home. Display the passes on your vehicle’s windshield and leave them in the home upon departure.

- This home is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 1 dog. An additional $50.00 pet fee applies and is not included in the total booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment.

- The home has (2) exterior Ring security cameras. (1) is at the front door, facing the front step and parking space. The (2) is on the patio, facing the back patio.

- The boat dock is open from May through October, weather permitting. An additional fee of $18 per day applies.

- This unit has no AC; Swamp coolers are provided for additional cooling during summer months.

- Boat launch and docking privileges are subject to TKPOA (homeowners association) rules and requirements. Boat dock for unit #105 is a one-minute walk from the front door and conveniently located in the marina with easy access to boat launch, boat gas, and a short head out to open lake water. 

- TKPOA charges daily pass fees (paid directly to the HOA) to access the complex amenities. Fees may vary and are paid directly to the HOA office.



Located in South Lake Tahoe, Keys Boating Escape provides a convenient base for exploring the South Shore. Visit Pope Beach and Camp Richardson for lakeside picnics, swimming, and shoreline views, or explore Emerald Bay State Park for hiking, scenic overlooks, and a visit to the historic Vikingsholm estate. For dining, shopping, and entertainment, head to central South Lake Tahoe or Heavenly Village, where you can also access the Heavenly Gondola. Depending on the season, the surrounding Sierra Nevada offers opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, and paddling.
