„Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.“

„A nice stay with a good breakfast. Didn't park my car in the hotel carpark due to £5 a day charge ( this is new). Easily parked over the road free. Hotel could do with a carpet upgrade (worn and dirty) all in all it was a nice place to stay, good clean rooms and friendly staff “

„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “

„There is plenty of parking behind this beautiful building. The front desk is hidden next to the coffee shop, which is very cozy. The employees are very welcoming and go out of their way to answer questions. Since it is an old building it is hard to navigate at first. Plenty of stairways and corridors but the stained glas, mosaic tile floors and old woodwork more than make up for it.
