« The house was as described, overall clean. Hot tub was nice and we used it at night. The bikes left in the garage to use, tires were flat, pump there but not the right kind for the bike. wanted to use the grill but did not work to light it. The few minor things like dirty shower curtain was remedied by a email to the owner/company. The broken hair dryer also remedied by same email. both things arrived at house by amazon delivery. « Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me. »

« The home was very clean and well appointed. The pool area is nice and private, and we enjoyed the fact that the pool was heated. The neighborhood is a bit of a mix and not within walking distance to anything we were interested in, but it is a good location in that it is not far from downtown by car. « Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. « The Studio is a gem! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cruiser bikes are all very appreciated. As is the stocked kitchen, cold AC, washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a couple. It’s a great value at a fraction of the cost of hotels on the beach. Highly recommend. »

« Black Vanilla is EXCELLENT. Perfect for staying near East Naples Community Center for Pickleball play or Tournament. You can walk there! Close to Downtown, too. The Unit is Immaculate and has every amenity including a full kitchen. Beautifully detailed Unit. Super comfy beds. Great bathrooms and showers. Huge patio, and on a Lake, too. Priced great.
