Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open living area with natural light while showcasing beautiful views of the Gulf and surrounding island. Comfortable seating creates an inviting place for everyone to gather after a day at the beach, while the open layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Step outside onto the Gulf-facing balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise and fresh ocean breeze. On the opposite side of the condo, a private bay-view balcony with a grill provides the perfect setting for casual dinners and colorful South Padre Island sunsets.

Three bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area provide flexible accommodations while giving everyone space to settle in. An additional twin bed provides another comfortable sleeping option. With 2.5 bathrooms, the condo also provides plenty of convenience for families and groups getting ready for a day at the beach or an evening out on the island.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. ➡️ Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.

⚠️ Important Payment Notice – Klarna / Affirm

Please note that reservations paid using Klarna, Affirm, or similar “buy now, pay later” virtual cards may decline during processing. There are two separate transactions for each reservation (one for VRBO service fees and one for the rental payment through SPI Rentals). Many virtual one-time card providers only authorize a single transaction, which causes the payment to fail. For this reason, we recommend that guests do not book using Klarna, Affirm, or similar services. If a reservation is attempted using one of these payment methods and the payment declines, the guest will be required to provide an alternative form of payment or cancel the reservation.
