IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.

Occupancy limit is 4 which includes children ages 3-17. There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.

Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.

SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost.
