The location was perfect.It felt safe and was in a location that had easy access to SPI and groceries. When inside it is quiet, but there is significant road noise from the highway when outside.The pool was lovely. Kids also enjoyed the sport court. The backyard had plenty of furniture, but it needed to be cleaned.There were also 2 charcoal grills.Those were far too greasy and full of ash for me to use. The pergola was nice along with the twinkle lights at night.There is also a kayak for use but it did not have a paddle or a life jacket. You would need to haul it down to the water access by the pier as the gate in the backyard had a padlock and you could not access the water.The house was well stocked. The kitchen had everything one would need. Vacasa even leaves you a starter kit with dish soap, dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent, along with a kitchen sponge. Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.The master bedroom has an amazing view of the bay. The sheets were worn and itchy. I bought new ones. The bed was comfortable. The house was clean but the dining room chairs need to be replaced.The vinyl on the chairs is ripping. After each use pieces of the vinyl would be on the floor, stuck in the rolling wheels and then would track all over the house. Another review mentioned the furniture being worn. It is. It's time for an update. I’d stay again if they did a few updates.
