We've stayed at the Sapphire over a dozen times in the last 10+ years. This time there were a number of challenges that made our stay sub par. When we arrived we both the internet and cable didn't work. I called to let the property mgr know, but since it was later in the day they didn't have anyone who could help. I wound up rebooting the systems, applied updates, and then waited for them to install. This was able to get the cable working, but the high speed internet operated at a crawl during out stay. While I was able to sort these issues myself, it was time I wasn't planning on spending fixing issues in this premier unit. We then noticed that the shower in the guest bath didn't work. I again called the property management company who directed me to the Sapphire. When I called the Sapphire they sent me back to the property management company? After expressing my frustration they sent up the Sapphire's on-site repairman who realized the handle to the shower was broken and would need to be replaced. In the meantime all 5 of us showered in the master bathroom. Later he returned to do the repair, but we had to wait in the room that afternoon while this all transpired. I let the mgmt company know I was upset at this point and asked to have someone call me to address things. This never happened as they promised. Upon leaving we attempted to run the dishwasher as a courtesy for the few utensils used but it didn't work either. Definite misses that spoiled this Sapphire stay.
