„We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with.“

It also included nice beach towels, extra linens, fans, air mattress, beach toys, chairs for the beach, wagon, cooler and more. The location was perfect. Steps away from the beach and a close to walk to several restaurants on the water, and souvenir shops. Also had a great view of the sunrise on the top floor balcony. „Really lovely place to host 3 generations! One room is quite small barely enough to fit a bed length and width, I do recommend minor cleaning such as sheets-found dirt particles in the bed in the smaller room. Maybe some cosmetic updates such as painting the rails, walls at the entrance, chipped toilet tank lid, puncture door, cigarette butts outside, dog poop outside in the backyard. And this is because I’m observant…but it’s really a lovely place“

„The house was great with plenty of room for all of us. We had five teenage boys with us for a senior trip. Deck around the upstairs was great. Location was perfect as it’s only a two minute walk to the beach. The pool area was a little less than we had hoped for but it worked. Overall great stay.“

The backyard, pool, and front yard had beer cans and paper plates on the ground that were not from us. Even the pool had a styrofoam plate in it. The location of the property is tough to beat and the house itself is perfect for a small group to stay.“
