« I checked in and out within 20 minutes. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. The building was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room did not look like the images and was in a bad area. The main reason I left was because of the men wandering the outside halls screaming. The only good thing about this place is the woman at the front desk. She was so kind about my bad experience and did everything she could to make sure I was put in contact with the right people for a refund. Really hoping...
