« The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast. »

« Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed. »

« Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

« Great location near bowls club and nice clean rooms at a great price. »

« Very clean room. Well located »

« The location was handy and the room was very well insulated against sound. Some simple things like cutlery and a clothes airer would have been useful but otherwise a great place to stay as a base to visit family in the area. »

« Friendly customer service, nice rooms, clean with plenty of parking. »

« Basic, but very comfortable rooms. Clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Good location and good value for money. Staff were all helpful and friendly. »

« Good value. Reasonable price. Close to ammenities »
