« Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again. »

« I had a fantastic couple of days in Falmouth staying at Membly Hall Hotel whilst settling my daughter into the local university. My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly. »

« Lovely and very professionally & efficiently run hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar, special mention to Maja for her friendliness. Really enjoyed having a decent sized swimming pool and being able to have a swim before breakfast. Our only - slight - gripe was breakfast in that we had to point out to the breakfast waiting staff that the bread had run out 20 minutes ago - they hadn't noticed - but this was rectified immediately. The breakfast service was also quite slow and the coffee...

« Séjour merveilleux : le personnel est adorable et cet hôtel a une charme suranné incroyable. Il manque de rafraîchissement par endroits, et le mobilier des chambres est un peu datée, mais tout est très propre et confortable. Un grand soucis est porté à la gestion des allergies. »

« le jardin est superbe. les installations aquatiques sont très bien. Bon restaurant et chambre très agréable, très calme et très correcte. Nous avons eu droit un soir à un concert de piano pendant le diner. Petit déjeuner très bien. Le wifi fonctionne bien Le sauna aurait besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Il y a beaucoup de travaux dans le parc. Attention pas d'ascenseur et pas de climatisation »

« Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. »

« Warm welcome, lovely room with sea view, good breakfast freshly cooked to order, convenient for station and town and very clean and tidy. Even randomly met the owners in a harbourside pub - their son runs the hotel and is the breakfast chef . Truly a lovely family business. »
