« This was a great property. It had everything we needed, and was exactly as presented on the site. It's literally a couple of minutes away from the sea, and close to all amenities. Scott was very helpful with our enquiries, and there's a well presented and very thorough booklet inside with everything you could need to know. And personally, I found the presence of STACKS of clean towels a huge bonus! We would 100% come back to this cottage. »

« This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling...

« Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. »

« A lovely cottage in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our family of four plus the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It came with a lot of thoughtful touches and small “starter kits” that made our stay a little more enjoyable and smooth. The kayaks were a hit as was the boardwalk along the pond a block down. It was the perfect location of quiet with easy access to stores, entertainment, and route 28 and 6 to access the entire Cape. »

« We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is very clean and the central air works very well. We were very comfortable for our entire stay. This is knotty pine decor, which is nolstagic to us, but it was also very well maintained and the bathroom is nicely updated with large sink and walk in shower. Queen bed was comfortable and bed linens and towels were great. We had everything we needed for a great week. And the location is our preference-- very close to the beaches, tucked south of rt 28...
