« The apartment itself was clean and tidy however the entry and stairs getting to the apartment were covered in old dirty and smelly carpet. The light in the bathroom did not work but was partially rectified by the delivery of a battery operated unit. Most significantly one of the main front windows was jammed open and the mechanism broken in such a way that the window could not be closed.
