« The hotel is dated, but the staff was great and understanding and the rooms were clean. We had a couple of minor inconveniences but the staff was quick to resolve them. »

« Air conditioning was loud, check in slow, out microwave, tv, and outlets didn’t work. Shower was dirty with no shampoo, body wash nothing. We also were supposed to have 2 beds only got 1. Not real comforter and only a single pillow. Awful. »

« Hotel très mal tenu. Très très sale. Tout est cassé, abîmé. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait des cotons tiges sales traînent sur le sol. Moquette et couvre lit sales. Crasseux, miteux. En travaux en plus partout des ordures trainent. Une honte surtout ne vous arrêtez pas ici. Petit dejeuner immonde, dégoûtant.... Jamais vu un Hôtel aussi répugnant. »

« The hotel is in a small town not far from Decorah Iowa, and Lanesboro MN. I chose the hotel because of location to the local caves. Checkin experience was excellent. I had a nice room upgrade to a larger King room that had a kitchenette. I found the space to be very clean, although the hotel can use some updating. For a small town hotel, this was a good choice. There are a few attractions nearby, though not a lot. »
