« I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area.
