« I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. « When you say pet friendly and i received multiple calls because other guests complained. After 830 am and we were with them regularly. The other guests should not be by guests with pets or stay at a non pet friendly hotel. Also the only access to beach is by shuttle or driving. And breakfast was not stayed correctly we needed a breakfast coupon. Falsely advertised. The only place for a pet is a small pice of grass. Not a beach for pets. »

« The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. »
