« Staff had no enthusiasm when greeting customers. No wifi STILL after me and my spouse previously stayed weeks prior. Bedroom door wouldn't lock! Towels were dirty!!! »

« Chambre et salle de bain super propres. C’est vraiment agréable. Le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Je suis arrivée trempée (je suis à moto) et la femme à l'accueil m’a donné de quoi me sécher. »

« The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate. »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« This hotel was absolutely awesome from check in to check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The room was very spacious and I felt extremely comfortable. The overall design was just amazing. The casino area was nice as well. There are many varieties of eateries to choose from so you never have to go outside of the hotel if you don’t choose to. This is definitely my new place to stay whenever I am in town. Truly exceptional. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us. »
