„Loft was super clean, spacious and quiet. Building built in 1861 so very unique space. Plenty of street parking. Air conditioning was great and a selection of restaurants and pubs down the street. Lots of nicely restored building-one can feel the history! Host communicated immediately and check in/out easy and seamless. “

„Our family loved staying at the Exchange. Our loft was very clean with fun decor. The location is fantastic in downtown Effingham. We enjoyed evening drinks at the Wheat Penny downstairs. We will definitely be repeat visitors!“

„We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. “
