« This is a great place, everything was great. However housekeeping only picked up the room once. At least daily my expectations are to get clean towels, bed made and garbage picked up. Otherwise a great place to stay. The one day we got housekeeping we had to complain. Also I am in a wheelchair and to my surprise a handicap room with wheelchair accessible shower was on the 4 th floor »

« Breakfast was rough. Cold eggs and razor thin bacon. Not much to write home about. Pool area was closed due to a rain storm. First time I have seen this. No fresh baked cookies which is normally a plus for this hotel chain. »

« Staff was incredibly nice and informative. My only complaint was my room was slightly dirty with crumbs and hair left between the mattress and box spring(i check every hotel i stay in for bed bugs). The bed was also insanely uncomfortable. I paid 159 for 1 night and the springs dug onto my back the whole time. Hot tub was nice, i liked the hours it was available, there was also a bar in the lobby with a bogo option that came with the hotel, and the breakfast had the usual amenities. »

« Our stay was really nice, we especially enjoyed the gracious breakfast, the swimming pool could have been warmer but we are senior citizens so we are used to a 90 plus degree swimming pool at our senior club at Northfield MN. We really liked the view of Lake Pepin, beautiful! Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were quite comfortable with lots of nice pillows. Very happy with our stay and would choose it again. »
