« The room was lovely. There were big, open windows looking over the snowy neighborhood. The bed was comfy. The room was spotless. We enjoyed sitting in the indoor hot tub a few evenings. The breakfast was well-stocked, clean, and yummy. There was an attendant at breakfast both mornings. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. »

« I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didnât read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didnât have to do that! Great customer service! »
