Two bedroom each with a private attached bathroom. Huge open concept kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace.Host was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend. “

„When I first saw the place, my heart sank. Dirty and grungy and full of webs and bugs on the outside. But the interior was quite nice. I only noticed 2 minor things -- mop board below the toilet paper was dirty, and the vent fan needs to be cleaned. We had a good stay. Hot tub is perfectly functional. Easy walking distance to National Eagle Center, river walking paths, restaurants/bars. “

„We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. We had our dog with us who is petrified of fireworks. There were still a few "booms" in the neighborhood, but not nearly as many or as close as if we had we stayed home. The condo was cozy and quiet with plenty of space for 2 adults and a dog. When we got there, it was very hot inside but once the air conditioners had time to do their jobs, it became very comfortable. We all enjoyed both the front and back decks for the view and the breeze.“

„This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. New construction so everything is updated nicely. Pictures are as shown, beautiful view of Pepin, rooftop area very nice but the units deck was also wonderful! Only suggestions are very minor: not much for confidence supplies if you cook a lot—tin foil, plastic wrap, general spices. And the shower head doesn’t have any adjustments, it is very fine and strong spray, a bit harsh on areas like your face. Overall loved our stay! Would definitely ...

„It needed attention-counters were not clean and had crumbs of food on them-tablecloth was dirty-bathroom was not wiped-stains on furniture etc. On the plus side, the beds were great!There were no trash/recycle bins outside. We didn’t know what to do with dirty towels!?Also there were some tripping hazards that should have been marked. “

„The condo was bright and airy and had amazing views of the lake. We had plenty of room for two people. It was so nice to have the lake walking trail just across the road plus a Dairy Queen nearby for treats. “

„Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well. I look forward to returning “
